Performance Capital brings a “make-sense” underwriting philosophy back to lending. The collateral for the loans we make always consist of the real property the borrower is purchasing, developing or re-financing and are secured by a first deed of trust on the property.

Interest rate: 10% - 13%
Points: 2 – 4
Term: 3 months to 3 years
Amortization: Interest only
